STATE ORGANIZATION No. 31 The Federal Broadcasting Committee is transferred to the jurisdiction of the Press and Dissemination Secretariat.

VISTO the provisions of article 24 of Act No. 20.524, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Federal Broadcasting Committee, established by Decree-Law No. 19,798/72, which operates as an autonomous body within the jurisdiction of the Presidency of the Nation, has the function of monitoring, monitoring and inspecting broadcasting services;

That the Secretariat for the Press and Dissemination of the Presidency of the Nation exercises the administration of the agencies dedicated to the exploitation of the television service and commercial radio stations of the State.

That rationalization principles advise to avoid dispersion of efforts, unify the management of both agencies;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Transfer the Federal Broadcasting Committee to the jurisdiction of the Press and Dissemination Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation.

Art. 2o El The Federal Broadcasting Committee will liaise with the National Executive, through the Press and Dissemination Secretary of the Presidency of the Nation.

Art. 3o El The Federal Broadcasting Committee will maintain in its new jurisdiction the characteristics and powers conferred upon it by Decree-Law No. 19.798/72 and supplementary decrees.

Art. 4o — Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
