VISTO is informed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, as proposed by the Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Defence; and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 4.516 of 16 May, the "Marine, Fluvial and Lacustre Navigation Regime (REGINAVE)" was approved, with its entry into force from 1 January 1974 to replace the "Maritime and Fluvial Digest";

That the structure of the new regulatory text requires the development of rules and provisions in which a number of agencies are engaged and that they must enter into force simultaneously with it, without which there would be any inconvenience in the development of the regulated activities;

That the eminently technical nature of such norms and provisions and the variety of topics covered, requires a thorough study and consultations with the sectors concerned, for which the expected time-lapse will not be sufficient until the entry into force of the "Marine, Fluvial and Lacustre Navigation (REGINAVE) Regime";

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Replace the date of entry into force of the "Marine, Fluvial and Lacustre Navigation Regime (REGINAVE)" provided for by Decree No. 4.516/73 on 1 January 1974, on 2 September 1974.

Art. 2o - This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Defence.

Art. 3o - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and arch yourself at the Ministry of Defence - General Command of the Navy - Prefectura Naval Argentina.
