VISO requested by the Secretariat for Government Planning and Action, and
CONSIDERING:
That Decrees No. 4391/71 and 1496/72 provisionally approve the organizational structure of the Secretariat and assign functions as Director-General of Administration, respectively.
In accordance with the provisions of Point 6 of the mission and functions of Decree No. 4391/71, the Under-Secretary for Coordination, among others, is responsible for directing the administrative service of the Secretariat.
For this reason, it is appropriate to centralize the jurisdictional regime in matters of contracting that is in force for the Under-Secretaries for Security, Development and Science and Technical Affairs.
Therefore,

Article 1 . Prove Decrees No. 557/70 and 3735/71. Art. 2o Toda Any sale, as well as any convention on jobs, supplies of species, locations, leases, services and in general any agreement that means a departure or entry of funds that is not specifically regulated by law, which is carried out within the jurisdiction of the Secretariat of Planning and Action of Government, shall be authorized and approved to the limits of the amounts appropriated by the following authorities:| AUTHORIZATION | ADOPTION |
