Federal Police. Modification of two articles of the Regulation of the Organic Law.

VISTO Expediente No. 211.184/I/72 requesting the amendment of art. 568 of the regulation of the Organic Law of the Institution, approved by Decree No. 6580/58, and

CONSIDERING:

That this rule determines that the officials who will form the "Tribunal de Disciplina para Retirados" will be appointed on an annual basis;

That this, in the case of the staff involved, calls for an intensive commitment to problems unrelated to their specific work, for a time that is deemed to be excessively prolonged.

That the proposed modification tends to avoid the inconvenience, decreasing the performance of the active staff, which will affect the efficient institutional operation;

That this decree is based on National Policy No. 126 adopted by Decree No. 46/1970 of the Board of Commanders in Chief.

Accordingly, and in accordance with the provisions of the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTIAN NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1- Amend article 568 of the regulation of the Organic Law of the Federal Police, adopted by Decree No. 6580/1958, as follows:

"Art. 568.- The head of the Federal Police shall, on a biannual basis, designate the officer who must exercise the chairmanship of the court and the payroll of the retirees in a position to integrate it. In each case, the President shall quote from such a payroll in succession to the retirees who are to be members of the court. "
