VISTO file No. 211.182/I/72 by which the Federal Police requests the amendment of article 254 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Institution, approved by Decree 6.580/58, and
CONSIDERING:
That the above article determines the procedure for appreciation of the acts performed by the proposed staff to be framed in the various recommendations;
That for the final resolution of the Chief of Staff, the rewards that are translated into promotions of junior staff or proposal for promotion of senior staff and recommendation or publication in the Order of the Day require, in accordance with the same rule, prior opinion of a "Valuation Commission";
That the meeting of these Commissions that make up the same officials that form the Qualification Boards occurs every thirty days with the consequent recharge of tasks and delay of terms in the process of the records;
That the modification of the said legal rule also tends to be consistent with the provisions of Act No. 18,894, and to avoid the aforesaid circumstances of the detriment of the administrative economy, falling within the Nros National Policies. 127 and 131, approved by Decree No. 46/70 of the Board of Commanders in Chief;
Accordingly, and in accordance with the provisions of the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 Amend article 254 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police, adopted by Decree No. 6.580/58, as follows:"Article 254. Appreciation of the importance of the acts performed by the proposed staff for the rewards provided for in article 253, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4 or being considered especially for the promotion to the higher immediate level shall be determined by the Chief of Staff's opinion of the Chiefs of Superintendence or of Departments directly dependent on the same to which the proposed ones belong, with the intervention of the Superintendence of Staff".
