VISTO Decree No. 6637, dated 18 October 1968, authorizing the export of cattle on foot to all destinations, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to adopt the relevant precautions aimed at enabling the maintenance and increase of the cattle stock;

While avoiding the mass export of female vaccines on foot, it is necessary to consider exceptions related to trade with certain countries that make the best national interest.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Promote the export of female cattle standing at all destination.

Art. 2o Please refer to the Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock and Trade, to authorize, as an exception by joint resolution, the exports of female cattle on foot, intended for reproduction when it comes to pedigree or pure cross-breeding, in the latter case with quality certification from the respective Association of Criadores of the race concerned.

Art. 3o . Decree No. 2408, dated July 15, 1971.

Art. 4o . Contact, post, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and return to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
