VISTO this file No. 37.299/72, the contents and scope of Decree No. 3049, dated 22 May 1972, and

CONSIDERING:

The difficulties in the supply of raw materials necessary for the elaboration of "cedure" stunting remain.

It is desirable to have a longer term, for the purpose of structuring systems to ensure the provision of foils from outside, or to achieve new sources of raw material supply.

That the proposed measure relates to compliance with the "National Policies" Nros. 52, 58 and 66.

For this reason, the legal opinion of foils 7, which is proposed by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock and the powers vested in the Executive Power in article 138, paragraph 1, subparagraph (b) of the Customs Act and its amendments.

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Prorrógase hasta el 30 de junio de 1973 el período establece en el artículo 1o del Decreto No 3049, del 22 de mayo de 1972.

Art. 2o ). Please also suspend until 30 June 1973 the obligation to constitute a pre-position for the import of cedar foils (NADI 44.14.02.00 and NABALALC 44.14.2.99).

Art. 3o . Manage the application of the rate of ten percent (10%) on the CIF value for imports that are made by this regime. The resources collected for this concept will be entered into the National Forestry Service account (National Forests Administration) Act No. 13.273, article 47, Forestry Fund, which will be the target of Article 11 of Decree-Law No. 4905/58, which is approved by Law No. 14.467.

Art. 4o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and return to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock for its purposes.
