ADUANA DECRETO No. 44 The destruction of confiscated foreign cigarettes is authorized.

VISTO is proposed by the National Customs Administration, and

CONSIDERING:

That the problem of smuggling cigarettes from foreign industry that seriously affects customs control, tax revenue and the corresponding national productive activity is now noticeable;

That the public auction of the commissar cigarettes, for having been introduced illegitimately, in the same, only vile prices are obtained attentive to the deterioration of the merchandise and the sales vouchers that are granted at the time are sometimes used to justify the possession of other items of foreign cigarettes smuggled;

That the destruction of the cigarettes of the confiscated foreign industry is an ideal means to contribute to the prevention of the aforementioned evils.

Therefore, and in the exercise of the powers referred to in article 1 of Act No. 18,965

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 La The National Customs Administration will proceed to the destruction of cigarettes from foreign industry that would have been commissioned by the competent authorities, provided that this measure does not affect acquired rights. Art. 2o o Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and go to the National Customs Administration for its purposes.
