VISTO Decrees 1424 and 1426 dated 28 May 1971, as provided for in Law 19.064.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ". Replace Article 1 of Decree 1424, by the following: "The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock shall be assisted in the performance of the tasks of its office, by two (2) Assistant Secretaries, who shall have the functions, powers and responsibilities assigned to them by the Ministry, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 18.416."

Art. 2° ". Determine that the term "Secretariat of State of Agriculture and Livestock" contained in the articulates of Decree 1426 must be replaced by "Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock".

Art. 3rd . Contact, post, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and return to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
