VISTO the SEE File No. 556.287/71, by which the Petroliferous Public Prosecutors Authority requests the award of a lot of exploitation in the San Pedro Zone; and,

CONSIDERING:

That such request is based on the result of the work already carried out by the Company;

That the requested area is included within those initially reserved to state companies by the Unique Annex of Law number 17.319;

According to the report of fojas 5, the request of Petrolìferos Fiscales Tècnicamente acceptable and the nature of the deposit makes its allocation to the applicant;

For this reason, the proposal of the Secretary of State for Energy, as recommended by the Minister of Public Works and Services and the provisions of article 98 (e) of Law 17.319 and article
4th Decree No. 4845/68,

De la Nación Argentina decreta:

Article 1- Seize the Petroliferous Fiscal Deposits, within the reserve area of CNO-I set out in the Unique Annex to Law 17.319 and in order to continue its exploitation and development the area to which
below is described:

Area CNO-I - Area: 67,99 Km 2.
