SECRETARIAT OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPING COUNCIL No. 198. Rectify the decree adopting the organizational structure.

VISTO proposed by the Secretary of the National Development Council, and

CONSIDERING:

That, in compliance with the provisions of the Executive Branch on Rational Management and Transformation of the National Civil Service, the Secretariat of the National Development Council should modify its organizational structure, including within the functional grouping of the temporary assistance provided for in the year 1971, and that in the 1970s the provisions of paragraph 11, Staff, Principal Part 1120, Temporary Personal Remunerations of the Budget of the Secretariat of the National Development Council were charged;

That the modification of the proposed structure has taken into account the principles that inform the policy of the Executive Branch in this regard;

The maximum ceilings of expected remuneration should be determined, depending on the level corresponding to the assigned task;

That the Secretariat of the National Development Council should also be empowered to appoint temporary assistance requiring the tasks, and to exempt it from raising the matter Decree to meet the requirements of Act No. 17.063;

That, attentive to the provisions of Decree No. 234/69, when it is amended, deleting or adding gifts to structures, the present must have the character of rectification of the one who approved it;

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Requires Decree No. 3,772/69, which provisionally approved the organizational structure of the Secretariat of the National Development Council and replaces Annex IV approved by Decree No. 8,770/69, relating to temporary assistance, by the functional grouping and maximum compensation added as Annex to this Decree.

Art. 2° El The additional "Erogations for Higher Expenditures" provided for in the Annex which forms an integral part of this decree shall be subject to the provisions of Law No. 18.570.

Art. 3rd . Please refer to the Secretariat of the National Development Council to appoint temporary assistance approved by this decree during the year 1971, except as required by Act No. 17.063.

Art. 4° The expenditure required to comply with the present decree will be met with charge to the existing provisions of Function 1.01, Executive Driving, Subparagraph 11, Staff, Programme 01, Principal Part 1120, Temporary Staff of the Budget of the Organizational Unit 781 of the Secretariat of the National Development Council.

Art. 5° . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
