Organizing various laws.

VISTO Laws 18.416, 19.064 and 19.013, and

CONSIDERING:

That the modifications of the organic law of ministries make it necessary to determine the authority to apply some laws of the competence of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Mining.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 El The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Mining shall be the national body of application of the Laws numbers 11.275 (t.a.) on the identification of goods . without prejudice to the provisions of the number 14.331,, 17.016 on net weight or measure and goods that are sold, 17.088 on prohibition of sales with prizes, 18.233 and 18.691 (t.

Art. 2° . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
