VISTO Expediente No. 144.070-I-71, by which the Federal Police requires the modification of article 126 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel, approved by Decree No. 2.015/66, and
CONSIDERING:
That article 126 was amended in a timely manner with the sanction of Decree No. 271/69, with the aim of providing adequate flexibility in the processing of the documents issued by the Federal Police, listing the officers authorized to rub the documentation issued by that Institution;
That with the sanction of Act No. 18,894, the Federal Police was restructured organically, creating, among other agencies, the Superintendency of Criminal Investigations and the Technical Superintendency, reliving on the latter the Personal Documentation Division;
That in such virtue, it is necessary to adapt to the present reality, the regulatory norm quoted in the first term;
That this decree is understood and is based on National Policy No. 127 (Decree No. 46 of 17/6/70 - B.O. of 29/6/70).
For this reason, and attentively, the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior,

RIGHT:
Article 1 el Replace the text of article 126 of the Regulations on Identity and Travel Documents, approved by Decree No. 2.015/66, in a timely manner amended by Decree No. 271/69, with the following:"Article 126.. The documents will be signed by the following staff members:
"1. " Chief of the Federal Police.
"2. . Federal Police Chief.
"3. . Chief of the Technical Superintendency.
"4. . Head of the Directorate General of Background and Archives.
"5. . Chief, 2nd Chief and Chief Officers of the Personal Documentation Division.
"6. . Chief or 2nd Chief of the Delegations of the Federal Police, regarding the revalition of the Provincial Certificates, covered with Argentine Passports and granting of Travel Certificates. "
Art. 2o . Contact, post, give yourself to the National Bureau of the Official Records and return to the Federal Police.LANUSSE.
