Ministry of Public Health DECEMBER FARMACES No. 547

The application of the regulations contained in Act No. 17.565 in the Federal Capital shall be the responsibility of the Municipality.

VISTO Law No. 18.576, by which the National Executive has been empowered to transfer to the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires the competence that Law No. 17.565 and its Regulatory Decree No. 7.123 of 15 November 1968, it agreed to the Secretariat of State of Public Health for the application of the regulations of that law, in the field of the Federal Capital, and

CONSIDERING:

That, therefore, the administrative act should be issued to allow for the completion of the planned transfer,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ). It will be the responsibility of the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires, the application in the whole area of the Federal Capital, of the rules contained in Law No. 17.565 and its regulation (Decree No. 7.123/68).

Art. 2o . In order to comply with the provisions of article 1 of the present decree, the Ministry of State of Public Health and the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires, the formalities referred to in the transfer of credits, personnel, documentation and, where appropriate, the bodies currently affected to the counterman of the exercise of the pharmaceutical profession, in the jurisdiction of the Federal Capital.

Art. 3o El This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers of Social Welfare and the Interior and signed by the Secretary of State of Public Health.

Art. 4o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
