VISTO proposed by the Secretary of the National Development Council, and

CONSIDERING:

That in compliance with the provisions of the Executive Branch on Rational Ordering and Transformation of the National Civil Service, the Secretariat of the National Development Council should modify its organizational structure, including within the functional grouping the temporary assistance provided for the 1970s and that in the 1969 Exercise they were charged to the provisions of Subparagraph 11, Staff Principal Part 1120, Temporary Personal Remunerations and Part 1140, Additional Temporary Staff of the budget of their jurisdiction.

That the modification of the proposed structure has taken into account the principles that inform the policy of the executive branch on the subject.

The maximum ceilings of expected remuneration should be determined according to the level corresponding to the assigned task.

That the Secretariat of the National Development Council should also be empowered to appoint temporary assistance as required by the tasks, and to exempt it from raising the respective decree to satisfy the requirements of Act No. 17.063.

To attentive to the provisions of Decree No. 234/69, when it is amended, suppressed or added to the provisions of structures, the present must have the character of rectification of the one who approved it.

Therefore, and in the use of the attribute conferred by Act No. 17.614,

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Requires Decree No. 3,772/69, which provisionally approved the organizational structure of the Secretariat of the National Development Council and incorporates temporary assistance in accordance with the functional grouping and maximum compensation added as an annex to this Decree. Art. 2° El The additional "Erogations for Higher Expenses" provided for in the Annex that is an integral part of this Decree is not subject to the rules governing the liquidation of the Basic Element. Art. 3rd . Facultase the Secretariat of the National Development Council to appoint during the 1970s temporary assistance approved by this Decree, except as required by Act No. 17.063. Art. 4° . The expenditure on the incorporation of the temporary assistance specified in Article 1 shall be charged with the provisions of paragraph 11, Staff, Principal Part 1120, Temporary Personal Remunerations of the Budget of the Secretariat of the National Development Council. Art. 5° El This Decree will be endorsed by the Minister of the Interior. Art. 6° . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
