VISTO Expediente No. 32,610, 1969, of the Federal Police Registry for which the modification of article 237 of the regulations of its Organic Law is sponsored, and

CONSIDERING:

That such a change would prevent economic damage to police personnel stationed in the interior of the country when they should travel both when using leave and on the basis of the death of immediate family members, and it is therefore advisable to understand that provision of the alleged statements.

Therefore,

President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 - Amend article 237 of the regulation of the Organic Law of the Federal Police adopted by Decree No. 6.580/58 reads as follows:

Article 237. The staff in the interior of the country, when making use of the annual leave, shall have the right, except to move abroad, to passages without charge to the place where their immediate immediate immediate immediate immediate immediate and direct relatives reside, understood by such, for the married person, wife and/or children and for the single, parents. This benefit does not reach family members and will be granted once a year.

In addition, such staff shall be granted passage without charge within the territory of the Republic, in all cases of deaths provided for in article 249, paragraph 1 and 2 of this regulation, for the purpose of moving to the place of inhumation.
