Article 39 of Act No. 16.956 and article 20 of Act No. 17.271, and

CONSIDERING:

In accordance with the new powers assigned to the Ministries, Secretariats of State and Commands in Chief of the Armed Forces by the aforementioned laws, it is appropriate to have the transfer of the Directorate General of Personal Loans and with Royal Guarantee to the Ministry of State of Housing, attentive to the nature of the functions assigned to it by Decree Law 5167/58,

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1 Artículo Transfer to the General Directorate of Personal Loans and with Royal Guarantee to the jurisdiction of the State of Housing Secretariat, to which it will depend.

Art. 2o o This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Social Welfare and signed by the Secretaries of State for Housing and Social Security.
