CONSIDERING:
In accordance with the new powers assigned to the Ministers, Secretariats of State and Commands in Chief of the Armed Forces by the above-mentioned laws, it is incumbent upon the transfer of the Superintendence of Locations which, by the nature of its functions, must change jurisdiction;
Therefore,
The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 de Transfer the Superintendence of Locations of the Ministry of State of Finance to the Ministry of Housing. Art. 2o o The transfer indicated in the previous article shall comprise all personnel, movable and immovable property, special accounts and budgetary credits and, in general, all assets and rights that integrate their assets and/or are affected to their functioning. Art. 3o o Relevant administrative services shall take the necessary measures to make adjustments to the budgets, where appropriate, and until such time as the budget changes do not form the expenses will be charged to existing items.
