It will fix the "basic prices" of the aircraft, other aviation fuels and lubricant oils for aircraft use.

VISTO the provisions of Decree-Law 1.369/58, and advised by the Secretariat of State for Energy and Mining,

The President of the Argentine Nation

Decrete:

Article 1 - Please refer to the State Secretariat for Energy and Mining for the purpose of determining the levies set out in Decree-Law No. 1.369/58 to set the "basic prices" of aeronafta, other aviation fuels and lubricating oils for use of aircraft that may not be higher than the ex-refinery sale prices of these products.
The "basic prices" will be readjusted on 1 January and 1 July of each year.

Article 2 - For the application, perception and control of the levies referred to in Decree-Law No. 1.369/58, the provisions of Title I of the Law on Internal Taxes (text ordered in 1956 and its amendments) and Law No. 11.683 (text ordered in 1968 and its amendments) and their respective regulations.

Article 3 - Defeat Decree No. 4,200/59.

Article 4 - This decree shall be endorsed by the Ministers of Economy and Labour and Defence and signed by the Secretaries of State of Finance and Energy and Mining and the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Force.
