VISTO Expediente No. 83.596, 1967 and in accordance with Act No. 17.749 establishing the 7th Zone of the Fire Department, under the Federal Police, in the National Airport Park of Ezeiza and,

CONSIDERING:

Which obviously originates such a creation the need to amend the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police approved by Decree 6.580/58, in order to give the aforementioned dependency its immediate jurisdiction;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 " Include as a second paragraph of Article 4 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police adopted by Decree 6.580/58, the following:

"This Directorate, through the 7th Zone ­Cuartel Ezeiza - will also carry out its mission in a direct and unique way, within the territorial area corresponding to the Park of the National Airport of Ezeiza, which includes the area of the Airport, the area of the Park itself and the urban area. It will also be responsible for the coordination necessary to ensure that all existing official agencies and private institutions or those established in the future in that jurisdiction are fully protected against fires."
