Remuneration

The staff ' s remuneration for changes in the scale situation will not be reduced.

VISTO:

That, because of the needs for the management and rational transformation of the national civil service, in different opportunities it is necessary to transfer personnel that review on a scale to another or to change category within it, and

Considering:

That measures should be taken to prevent the decrease in the remuneration of staff due to a change in the scale situation;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation

Decrete:

Article 1 - Staff moving from one scale to another currently in the centralized and decentralized national civil service will be scaled up in accordance with the following procedure:

(a) The role of the agent in the occasion of his or her confinement shall be determined by the corresponding category of the scale to which it is incorporated.

(b) Remuneration of this staff as well as that of a category within the same scale shall never be diminished, even if the remuneration it perceives is higher than that of the position in which it is relocated. In this case, the portion that exceeds the remuneration fixed by the scalphon for any concept will remain as "suplement for change in the scale situation".

The subsequent increases in remuneration corresponding to the agent for promotion or for any other cause in any of the concepts that make up his remuneration, shall be taken from the supplement for change in the scale situation until the termination of the same.

Art. 2° - This decree will be endorsed by the Minister of the Interior.
