Ministry of Finance DECRETO NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL No. 6.521 Jurisdictional Regime of the Accounting Act

Buenos Aires, October 11, 1968.

VISTO is requested in these proceedings (Expte. No. 20.216/67 T.C.) of the Registry of the National Development Council to amend Decree No. 9.107/65 of 19 October 1965, which approved the jurisdictional regulation of article 58 of the Accounting Act (Decree-Law No. 23.354/56); and

CONSIDERING:

That the proposed amendment tends to facilitate the processing of recruitments under the jurisdiction of the Agency;

It is also an opportunity to determine the designation of the authorities on the basis of the new functional basic structures in force, pursuant to Decree No. 1.907/67, by adapting the amounts to the new limits set out in Decree No. 6.449/67;

That it is also necessary to set the maximum amounts to be paid by the Treasury of the Agency, attentive to the provisions of article 49 of the Accounting Act;

That, on the other hand, the Court of Accounts of the Nation in its report of Sheeps 5/6 does not make the appropriate action;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1 Toda Any sale, as well as any convention on jobs, supplies of species, locations, leases, services, and in general any agreement that means a departure or entry of funds that is not specifically regulated by law, to be made within the jurisdiction of the Secretariat of the National Development Council shall be authorized and approved to the limit of the amounts appropriated, by the following authorities:

Article 2° . Depending on the provisions of article 49 of the Accounting Law, allow the Treasury of the Agency to make payments up to the sum of three million pesos national currency (m$n. 3,000.000.-) by direct creditor.

Art. 3° . Please describe the provisions of Decree No. 9.107/65 of 19 October 1965.

Art. 4° El This Decree will be endorsed by the Minister of Economy and Labour and signed by the Secretary of State of Finance.

Art. 5° . Take note, contact the National Court of Accounts, publish, refer to the National Bureau of the Official Register and go to the Secretariat of the National Development Council for its purposes.
