Secretariat of Government FEDERAL POLICY Modify Article 186 of the Rules of the Organic Law. DECEMBER No. 4,845

VISTO file number 78,519 of 1967, by which the Federal Police requests the amendment of article 186 of the Regulations of its Organic Law, approved by Decree No. 6.580/58; and

CONSIDERING:

That the requirement has as its main purpose to place on the same level any aspirant to cadete of that institution, either the recruit in its own ranks ­­personal subbalterno - as the coming of civil life, both in the demands of civil state and in the perception of assets and maximum age;

That the experience in the matter has allowed to appreciate the advantages resulting from equal treatment for all cadets and the inconveniences of disciplinary and ethical order resulting from applying for some emergency situations;

That the fact that the staff of the Institution incorporated as a cadet continue to receive the salary corresponding to the degree at which it was incorporated, far superior to that of others; and that being married he enjoys special departures, which do not remember the rest, subject to an internment regime, are circumstances that adversely affect the good development of the Institute;

It also promotes the level of age and education requirements, at least 3rd. Year of secondary studies for all scallops;

For all this and in accordance with the provisions of the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Secretariat of State of Government,

The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 Reference is made to article 186, paragraphs 2, 7, 8 and 9, of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree No. 6.580/58), which shall read as follows:

"Article 186.

"2. Having as a minimum age 17 years in the year of registration and not more than 23, and being a single civil state.

"7. Have approved the 3rd. Year, at a minimum, of secondary studies in national establishments for any of the ladders, preferably in industrial schools for the one of Communications.

"8. The cadets course may be integrated with applicants from the Institution staff, who prove good conduct, dedication, assistance and professional skills; they are subject to the same conditions as those provided by the other applicants.

"9. The staff mentioned in the preceding subparagraph, which is incorporated as cadet, shall resign from office after the adoption of the preparatory course.
