Decree No. 115/1966

FISCAL PETROLIFERS. The Company ' s Statute is amended to ensure efficient and dynamic management.

VISTO the need to provide for the immediate unfolding of Fiscal and Petroleum Deposits

CONSIDERING:

That the Statute of the company approved by decree number 1.367/63 is to be adjusted in order to ensure efficient and dynamic administration;

That is why and what is proposed by the State Secretariat for Energy and Fuel,

The President of the Argentine Nation,

Decrete:

Article 1 — The direction and administration of the Fiscal Petroleum Foundations shall be responsible for:

(a) The Administrator-General;

(b) A General Manager;

(c) The Managers;

(d) The administrators of deposits and distilleries;

(e) Chiefs of major units and other staff to whom the Administrator-General assigns administrative powers.

The General Account, which will have a management hierarchy and will depend directly on the Administrator-General, will oversee the administration in accordance with article 27 of the Company Statute, approved by decree No. 1.367/63.

Art. 2° — The Administrator-General shall be appointed by the Executive and shall exercise all functions and powers which the Statute of the Company, approved by Decree No. 1.367/63, confers on the President and the Board of Directors of the same. The conditions for their designation and their remuneration shall be for the President of the company.

Art. 3 — Defrost all the provisions opposing this decree.

Art. 4° — This decree shall enter into force on the day of the date.

Article 5: The present decree shall be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics and signed by the Secretary of State for Energy and Fuels.

Art. 6° — Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
