Ministerio del Interior EMPLEADOS DIRECCION GENERAL DEL BOLETIN OFICIAL AND IMPRENTAS DECRETO No. 2.009 Amend Article 2 of Decree 10.003/64 on the provision of service on Saturdays by the graphic staff.

VISTO Decree No. 1003 of 9 December 1964, and attentively requested by the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Printers in Case No. 41.146 of the Year 1965 ,registro del Ministerio del Interior,,

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1 de Add as second paragraph of Article 2 of Decree No. 1003 of 9 December 1964, the following:

"The graphic staff under the General Directorate of the Official and Printed Bulletin, affected by the printing tasks of the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, will serve on Saturdays, with the exception of those declared national or non-workable holidays, receiving, according to the respective labour agreement, the corresponding wage, which will be computed as a salary".

Article 2 El This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of the Interior.

Art. 3.. Contact, publish, give to the Directorate General of the Official and Printed Bulletin and go to the Directorate General of Administration of the Ministry of the Interior for its purposes.
