Ministry of Economy National Development Council. DECRETO N° 565 Amend Article 2 of Decree No. 8.715/63. Approve its internal structure and regulation.

VISTO Decree No. 8.715/63, and

CONSIDERING:

That the National Defence policy is closely linked to economic development policy;

The Ministry of National Defence is responsible for promoting basic sectors of the national economy;

That the proper integration of this body will enable the reconciliation of criteria and procedures necessary for global programming;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1. , Amend Article 2 of Decree No. 8.715/63, which will be drafted as follows:

"The National Development Council shall consist of a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, a Vice-President, an Executive Secretary, a Technical Secretary and a Councillor for each Ministry and State Secretariat within the jurisdiction of the Ministries of Economy and Public Works and Services; one by the Ministry of National Defence, one by the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic and another by the Federal Investment Council."

Art. 2°. El The present decree will be endorsed by the Ministers Secretary of State of Economy, National Defence and Interior and formed by the Secretary of State of Finance.

Art. 3. . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
