ELECTRIC WATER AND ENERGY. - Modify art. 7th of Decree 14.004/57, concerning the integration of the Directory.

VISTO Decree No. 14.004 of 31 October 1957 adopting the statute of Electrical Water and Energy, State Enterprise, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is the purpose of the Executive Power to take the necessary measures to ensure that the State Business Board is composed of a representative of the hierarchical staff outside of agreement and by one of the workers and employees subject to the respective labour agreement, in such a way that they all share in the responsibility of the government of them;


That in order to give effect to that purpose in the particular case of Electrical Water and Energy, it is necessary to increase to five the number of vowels of its Directory, that Article 7 of Decree No. 14.004 sets out in four;


That is why and attentive to the proposals of the Secretary of State for Energy and Fuels,

The President of the Argentine Nation,

Decrete:

Article 1. - Amend Article 7 of Decree No. 14.004 dated 31 October 1957, as follows: "Article 7°. - The Government and Administration of Electrical Water and Energy, State Enterprise, shall be in charge of a board composed of a President, a Vice-President and five Vocals; they shall be appointed by the National Executive Branch, on the proposal of the Secretary of Energy and Fuels, through the Ministry of Economy, requiring the President to agree on the Honorable Senate of the Nation. One of the five Vocals will represent the hierarchical staff and another the workers and employees, both elected directly by the vote of the members of the respective union bodies recognized by the competent authority, in the manner to be regulated by the Secretariat of State of Energy and Fuels."

Art. 2°. - For this only time, the two representatives referred to in article 1 shall be elected by the Secretary of Energy and Fuels of terrestrials who shall raise the respective trade union bodies designated in accordance with the procedure set out in article 7 above.

Art. 3. - This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics and signed by the Secretary of State for Energy and Fuels.

Art. 4°. - Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
