VISTO Law No. 15,465 on mandatory nationwide notification of cases of communicable goods; and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to regulate its provisions in order to obtain better compliance with the purposes pursued by that legal system;

The President of the Argentine Nation,

Decrete:

Article 1- For the purposes of Act No. 15,465, "case" of compulsory medical notification disease shall be considered to be the patient confirmed clinically or by laboratory that suffers from any of the nosological entities included in groups A, B, C or D.
For the same purposes, people who do not present clinical signs will be considered "porters" to stay in their pathogenic germs. The invertebrates that transmit these same germs are considered "voctors".

Art. 2°- They are obliged to keep secret the content of notifications or communications, public officials, who receive and/or transmit them. Violation of this rule shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions in force.
For the purposes provided by art. 8th Law 15.465 establishes the following key system:

Art. 3°- The grouping of diseases established by law is the following:

Group A: It includes pestilential diseases and is mandatory for international public health agencies within the first 24 hours.

Group B: Gather Record Diseases, which by their nature require the individualization of "cases" by means of personal data of names and surnames for the conduct of epidemiological surveys and the adoption of sanitary measures.

Group C: It includes common infectious diseases, of which it is only interested to know the total number of "cases" that occurred for statistical purposes.

Group D: It includes exotic diseases or unknown etiology.

Art. 4°- The obligation imposed on any person to communicate the existence of "voters" must be made when polishing makes the appearance of communicable diseases fearful.

Art. 5°- Persons bound by the law, when making use of the postal or telegraphic pathway, shall insert in the respective parts or forms, the inscription "Free of porte - Law No. 15.465". The Secretariat of Communications shall give priority and urgency to any communication dispatched under that franchise.

Art. 6°- The Ministry of Social Welfare and Public Health, in order to achieve a more perfect compliance with the purposes pursued by Act No. 15.465, will promote the adoption of agreements with provincial governments, in order to standardize procedures, improve the necessary collaboration between the authorities of the different jurisdictions, use of the respective resources and ensure that the provincial regulations are consistent.

Art. 7°- This decree will be endorsed by the secret ministers in the departments of Social Assistance and Public Health and Public Works and Services and signed by the Secretary of State for Communications.

Art. 8°- Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
