VISTO meetings to be held during the current year by the various Advisory and Sectoral Commissions of the Latin American Free Trade Association, in the City of Montevideo, Eastern Republic of Uruguay, and

CONSIDERING:

That the tasks entrusted to the above-mentioned Advisory and Sectoral Commissions of the Latin American Free Trade Association are of fundamental importance in promoting the possibilities of a more intense process of regional economic integration, in line with the national objectives set out in the National Development Plan;

Accordingly, it is appropriate for experts of the National Development Council to attend such meetings as observers;

Therefore,

Article 1. . Please advise the following advisers of the National Development Council, so that, as observers and their respective specialties, they will attend, progressively and as appropriate, the meetings of the Advisory and Sectoral Commissions of the Latin American Free Trade Association, which will take place during the current year in the City of Montevideo (Eastern Republic of Uruguay): Ing. Daniel E. Batalla and/or Eduardo T. García, Transporte; Cont. Alfredo T. Del Campo, Automobile Industry; Ing. Roberto J. Tomasini, Industrial Development; Ing. Nicolas F. Yanno, Caucho; Ing. Salvador Bocchieri, Chemicals; Mr. Héctor W. Valle, Siderurgia; Ing. José M. Carro, Material Ferroviario y Maquinaria para la Construcción y Vial; Ing. Agr. July A. Llosa and/or Ing. Agr. Serafín E. Trigueros De Godoy, Agricultural Machinery; Ing. Juan A. Caleiras, Mechanical Industry Machinery, and Cont. José L. Victti, Celulosa and Paper.

Art. 2°. . Complain to the officials appointed in the preceding article the daily sum in national currency pesos equivalent to u$s. 30 (Thirty United States dollars), for any compensation, without coefficients, taking into account that the meetings of each of the Advisory and Sectoral Commissions of the Latin American Free Trade Association will last approximately five (5) years.

Art. 3. . Authorize the delivery of the corresponding ticket orders.

Art. 4°. . The expenses that demand the fulfillment of this decree will be charged to the respective provisions of the current budget of the National Development Council.

Art. 5°. El This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers Secretaries in the Departments of the Interior and Economics.

Art. 6th. . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
