NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL DECEMBER 8,024 Amend Article 2 of Decree 8715/63.

VISTO Decree No. 8.715/63 and its amendment, Decree No. 565/64, and

CONSIDERING:

It is of paramount interest to consider the social and labour aspects that are linked to economic planning;

That in this regard, the first Inter-American Conference of Ministers of Labour on the Alliance for Progress, whose documents the Argentine Republic signed, recommended in the Cundinamarca declaration that the Ministries of Labour actively participate in the formulation and implementation of economic and social development plans and in the coordination of the activities of other agencies in the respective fields;

That the Ministry of Labour and Social Security is the State agency to which it is responsible for working;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1 ". Replace Article 2 of Decree No. 8715/63, as amended by Article 1 of Decree No. 565/64, with the following: "The National Development Council shall be constituted by a Board of Directors, consisting of a President, a Vice-President, an Executive Secretary, a Technical Secretary and a Councillor by each Ministry and State Secretariat in the jurisdiction of the Ministries of Economy and Works and Public Services; one by the Ministry of Defence.

Art. 2° presente This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers Secretary of State for the Economy of National Defence, Interior, Labour and Social Security and signed by the Secretary of State of the Treasury.

Art. 3° . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
