VISTO Decree-Law No. 797/63, which provided for the creation of the San Nicolás delegation, with seat of the city of the same name as the Province of Buenos Aires, under the Federal Police, and

CONSIDERING:

That for the creation of the aforementioned Delegation, the amendment of the Organic Law of the Federal Police, approved by Decree-Law No. 333/58 and validated by Act No. 14.467, in the part of its annexes, was necessary, establishing the Delegations that this Institution has within the country;

That it is essential to adapt the rules of the aforementioned Organic Law, in accordance with the amendments introduced, establishing the area where the Delegation shall exercise its immediate jurisdiction;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 Amend Article 6(2) of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police, adopted by Decree No. 6,580/58 reads as follows:

Art. 2o " . Incorporate as paragraph 6 of Article 6 (2) of the said regulation:

"6o) San Nicolás delegation: It includes the Baradero, Bartolomé Mitre, Campana, Colón, Exaltation of the Cross, General Arenales, Pergamino, Ramallo, Rojas, San Nicolás, San Pedro and Zárate.

Art. 3o Modify Annex II of Book I of the aforementioned legal text, which shall be conformed to the established jurisdictional division. Art. 4o Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Records and Prints and archvese. GUIDE. Rodolfo Martínez.
