ELECTRICITY - The state of grave emergency ordered by decree 13.055/62 shall be terminated.

VISTO file No. 3.302 (Cdo. J. F. A. A.) N° 79.189 Cde. 27 (S.A.), reported by the Secretary of State of Aeronautics, proposed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of National Defense, and

CONSIDERING:

That the provisions of Decree No. 13.055/62 have allowed for a satisfactory coordination of official and private efforts aimed at the early restoration of normalcy, bringing urgent solutions to the most in need;


At present, with the introduction of new generators, electricity and water could be brought to populations that were thus far precariously served;


That the targeted prophylaxis measures have allowed the possibility of epidemics to be conjured, while the supply of electric fluid and water to the hospitals in the affected area is assured;


That according to reports produced by the Directorate of Passive Anti-aircraft Defense, regarding the development of the situation created in areas of the Federal Capital and conurbans to the Sud of the same - by the fire of the Usina Dock Sud of S.E.G.B.A.-, the conditions prior to the sinister can be considered practically re-established.

The President of the Argentine Nation,

Decrete:

Article 1 - Determine the state of serious emergency that, by Decree No. 13055 of 27 November 1962, was prepared for the fire of the Usina Dock Sud of S.E.G.B.A., which occurred on 11 September 1962 and which affected areas of the Federal Capital and surrounding the South.

Article 2 - The present decree shall be endorsed by the Ministers, Secretaries in the Departments of the Interior, National Defence, Economics and Works and Public Services, and signed by the Secretaries of State of Aeronautics, Finance and Energy and Fuels.

Article 3. Communicate, publish, report to the General Directorate of the Official and Printed Bulletin and return to the State Secretariat of Aeronautics for publication in Public Air Bulletin and archive at the General Command of Anti-aircraft Defense (Dirección de Defensa Antiaérea Pasiva).
