VISTO Expediente 19.230-P-1961, by which the Federal Police requests the temporary deletion of the provisions of article 267 of the Rules of the Organic Law, and

CONSIDERING:

That such a measure is intended to allow such a division to recount in its ranks staff who, however, have exceeded the one-year time limit which, in order to consider their reinstatement, establishes the said article, had demonstrated during their stay in the Institution, were endowed with physical, intellectual and moral conditions that enable them to function in the police;

Therefore,

President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 Suspense for the term of three (3) years, from the date of this decree, the validity of the provisions of article 267 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree 6.580/58). Art. 2o Re-entry resulting from the application of the preceding article shall be subject to the decision of the Chief of the Federal Police and shall in no case be regarded as a right of the petitioner. Art. 3o Contact, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official and Printed Bulletin and return to the Federal Police for its purposes. FRONDIZI. - Alfredo R.
