VISTO Expediente 19.972-P-1961, originated in a presentation by the Federal Police, requesting the amendment of article 231 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree No. 6.580/58), and

CONSIDERING:

That the modification is proposed, expands the content of the said article, allowing consideration of the procedure to be followed by the claims in which the superior who motivates them will find himself in a position of availability, passive service or withdrawal; he has ceased to belong to the Distribution or is unable to consider it for reasons of force majeure;

That in this way, all the chaos that could be presented, with respect to the claims that are made, would be contemplated by regulation;

Therefore,

The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta:

Article 1 Amend article 231 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree 6.580/58), which shall read as follows:

Article 231 The processing of the claim shall be carried out in accordance with the following rules:

1. To be written;

2. Direct it to the superior who motivates the claim, presenting it to the superior of whom it is dependent;

3. Any superior who intervenes in the claim for its lifting shall do so without rendering an opinion;

4. If the superior who motivates the claim is in a position of availability, passive service or withdrawal is proceeded in the manner specified in paragraph 2, and the superior of whom the claim depends, he shall raise the claim directly to the Personal Directorate, so that through it he shall turn to the operation that originated it, to give his opinion on it;

5. If the superior who motivates the claim has ceased to belong to the Distribution, or for reasons of force majeure, he will be unable to consider it, the first instance to understand it, he will be the staff member to replace it in the position he had at the time of taking the action that motivated the claim;

6. They constitute an instance to consider a claim, in the first instance the official who gave reason to it, or who replaces it in the cases of paragraph 5, and then the different direct superiors of them, who conform the hierarchical way, until they reach the Chief of the Federal Police; and

7. The superiors who intervene in raising the claims must deal with them as "urgent dispatch". For the resolution of the same, the terms set out in article 474 of the Rules govern, to the maximum extent.
