VISTO the need to restructure the organization of the State Secretariat for Transport, in accordance with its specific functions, and
CONSIDERING:
That by Decree No. 5.558/61, a number of agencies of the said State Secretariat were declared dissolution, which, by public necessity and for reasons of good administrative order, must continue to function to date;
That the transfer to private activity of different services by state companies within the jurisdiction of the Secretariat makes it necessary to conform the technical and administrative bodies that integrate it into new structures in line with the dynamics of a modern, agile and efficient transport system, while ensuring the continuity of the coordination and policy of the different means of transport;
That it is therefore advisable to maintain the approved structure is advisable to maintain the structure approved by the Decree-Law No. 8.014/57 until the functions that will ultimately correspond to the Department of State upon completion of the process of transforming public services entrusted to its attention are determined;
That the implementation of the existing administrative rationalization regimes has resulted in significant reductions in the basic staffing of the State Secretariat for Transport;
For this reason, and attentive to the request of the Secretary of State for Transport proposed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Public Works and Services,
The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:Article 1 . Leave without effect Decree No. 5.558/61 of 30 June 1961.
Art. 2° La The State Secretariat for Transport will raise the draft restructuring of its agencies and the corresponding budgetary adjustment to the executive branch by 31 October of the current year in order to bring them into line with their specific functions.
Art. 3° . This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Public Works and Services and signed by the Secretary of State for Transport.
