VISTO Action No. 26.474/62 on the registration of the State Secretariat for Agriculture and Livestock, related to the efforts being made to ensure that the Federal Council of Investors and the National Development Council are represented in the National Forest Commission, established by section 71 of Act No. 13.273 on the Defence of Forestry Rice; and

CONSIDERING:

That the representation that is conducive to the intervention of the above-mentioned agencies, whose activities are linked to the development of the country ' s forest economy, will facilitate the better performance of the functions assigned to that National Commission;

That, article 77 of Act No. 13,273, on the Defence of Forestry Rice, empowers the National Executive to determine the public associations and distributions not specified in the Act, which is deemed appropriate to integrate the aforementioned advisory body;

For this reason, and attentive to the proposal of the Secretary of State for Agriculture and Livestock,

Article 1 . Address the National Development Council and the Federal Investment Council, representation in the National Forest Commission.

Art. 2° . This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics and signed by the Secretary of State of Agriculture and Livestock.

Art. 3° . Contact, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Printers, take note and return to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
