VISTO file No. 217/57 of the registry of the Ministry of State of Finance of the Nation, by which the Argentine Association of Insurance Companies proposes the repeal of article 3 of the regulatory decree No. 12.988, t.o. in 1953 (Decree No. 10.307/53), which imposes on the Argentine insurance companies the obligation to request the appropriate authorization to quote their shares in Bolsa;

The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta:

Article 1 . Defrost article 3 of the rules of procedure of law No. 12,988 (t.o. in 1953), adopted by decree No. 10,307/53.

Article 2 . This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics.

Article 3 . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
