VISTO Expediente 2.760-P-1961, by which the Federal Police requests the amendment to article 249 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police in its "in fine" part, in order to decentralize the tasks that the Federal Coordination Directorate performs, regarding the verification of the deaths of family members of the Institution outside the perimeter of the Federal Capital.

President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 Amend Section 249 of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree 6.580/58) in its part "in fine", as follows:

In the times indicated it is not included the term that insumes the journey back and forth. In the case of deaths within the perimeter of the Federal Capital, the check will be made through the respective sectional station. If it is within the radius of the Greater Buenos Aires, by the Unit where the culprit reviews and if it is within the country by the Federal Coordination Directorate.
