VISTO Decree No. 7.290/61 establishing the National Development Council with the Presidency of the Minister of Economy of the Nation, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to provide the posts of Vice-President, Councillors and Executive Secretary of that Council;

That it is for these purposes to seek participation in the Council of personalities who associate their technical capacity with the basic sectors of national activity;

Therefore,

Article 1 . Designase Vice President of the National Development Council to Dr. Julián Francisco Freaza.

Art. 2° . Designanse Consejeros del Consejo Nacional de Desarrollo a los médicos Gregorio Meira, Manuel San Miguel, Camilo Soaje; al señor Raúl Decker; y a los Ingenieros Horacio C. Giberti, Juan Pablo Torres Carbonell y Carlos Eugenio Dieulefait.

Art. 3° . Designase Executive Secretary of the National Development Council to the Ing. Alejandro Solari.

Art. 4° . The designations made by this decree, with the exception of that of Executive Secretary, should be considered without prejudice to the public offices currently held by the persons appointed.

Art. 5° El This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics.

Art. 6° . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and Prints and archvese.
