VISTO Expediente No. 14.846-I-1959, for which the Federal Police ordered amendments to various articles of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree No. 6.580/58), in order to incorporate into its text different rules and to reform others, and

CONSIDERING:

Such modifications are imposed for practical and institutional reasons; and

That this is done in accordance with article 18 of the Organic Law of the Federal Police (Decree-Law No. 333/58);

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Articles 237o, 322o, 536o and 538o of the Rules of the Organic Law of the Federal Police, approved by Decree No. 6.580/58 as follows:

Article 237 - Replace it with:

"The staff of all grades who serve in the Regions and Delegations of the Interior of the country will be granted the annual license expressed in the previous article, not counting the time spent on direct journey back and forth, when the same is granted with permission to move to any other point of the country. Identical benefit will be granted to staff in the Federal Capital who make use of the annual leave to visit parents, spouse or children, based in the interior of the country more than five hundred (500) kilometres away. The persons concerned shall, upon their return, submit a record signed by the head of the delegation of the place or, failing that, by the local police authorities. The head of the unit will elevate you to the Personal Directorate for your file."

Article 322 - Replace the last paragraph by:

"Transportation will be done by the means best suited to the needs of the Institution, giving preference to the services provided by the State and to the companies that grant the Government greater bonus."

Article 536o − Add as last paragraph:

"Egal temperament shall be taken in damages to uninsured vehicles in the National Postal Savings Fund; but in the case of insured vehicles and personal responsibility of the Institution, the resolution shall be issued using the corresponding disciplinary sanction and in respect of the replenishment with charge, it shall be to the final resolution of the Fund."

Article 538o − Add as last paragraph:

"These requirements will only be applicable when the vehicle is not insured, which will result from the expert's statement; when it comes to damage suffered by the motor, which is not the only and direct result of an accident; when it comes to cases not compensable; or when the damage suffered exceeds the amount insured, the difference between that sum and the cost of repair will be required. For the assessment of these circumstances it will be established in the "General Conditions" of the Automotive Insurance Policy of the National Postal Savings Fund.
