VISTO: The Nros laws. 12,908 and 12,921 (Decree No. 13,839/46) Professional Statute of the Journalist and of the Administrative Employee of Journalistic Companies, respectively, and its amendments, Laws 13.502, 13,503, 13,904 and, CONSIDERING: That Article 22 of Law 12,908 provides that for the purposes of determining the conditions of admissibility of the staff, as well as for establishing the minimum wage regime 13.502 and 13.503, the third category was eliminated and only two of them were in force; that the News Agencies Argentinas have sufficiently demonstrated with their balance sheets, their financial deficit; that it is therefore convenient and fair to unify their regime in a single category; that the staff of the majority of them is included in the second category of the Professional Journalist Statute; that it is attribution of the National Executive to establish in which category they should review.
Therefore,
The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:Article 1 - All News Agencies Argentinas are framed in the Second Category referred to in the Professional Statute of the Journalist (law 12.908) and the Statute of the Administrative Employee of Journalistic Companies (Decree-Law 13.839/46-Law number 12.921, and its amendments Laws 13.502, 13.503 and 13.904).
Article 2 - Current remuneration of employees of different companies may not be affected as a result of the framework set out in the preceding article.
Article 3 - The present decree shall be endorsed by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Economics and Interim Labour and Social Security.
