Decrete:

Article 1 . Named Minister Secretary of State in the Department of the Interior, Dr. Alfredo Roque Vítolo.

Art. 2° . The appointed will take oath on the day of the date at 1 p.m.

Art. 3° . This decree will be endorsed by the Director General of the Ministry of the Interior.
