MODIFICATIONS OF THE DECRETO-LEY THAT CREAMS NATIONAL DIRECTION OF ENERGY

VISTO Decree-Law No. 14918 of 14 August 1956.

The Interim President of the Argentine Nation in Exercise of the Legislative Power,

Decrete with Law Force:

Article 1 - Add to article 3 of Decree-Law No. 14.918 of 11 August 1956, the following paragraph:

(a) Establish a uniform system of accounts for public service concessionaires

Art. 2nd - Include as Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 14.918 of 14 August 1956, the following:

Article 4 - The concessionaires of public services shall, on an annual basis, refer to the National Energy Directorate, the balances made in accordance with the regime of exempts specified in subparagraph (a) of the preceding article, which must be published by the Directorate.

Art. 3° - As a result of the above-mentioned inclusion, Articles 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 12° and 13° of Decree-Law No. 14.916/56 become Articles 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13° and 14° respectively.

Article 4 - The present decree-law shall be endorsed by the Interim Vice-President of the Nation and by the Ministers Secretary of State in the Departments of Trade and Industry, Army, Navy and Aeronautics.

Art. 5° - Contact, publish, give to the General Directorate of the Official Gazette and archvese.
