The regulation of the Prophylaxis Act is amended.

Buenos Aires, December 30, 1954.

VISTO the provisions of art. 15 of Act No. 12.331, amended by Decree No. 10.638/44, which ratified Act No. 12,912 and, in response to a compelling public necessity,

The President of the Argentine Nation, in General Agreement of Ministers,

Decrete:

Article 1.- Please refer to the governments of the provinces and national territories and the Municipal Intendence of the City of Buenos Aires to authorize the establishment, within their respective jurisdictions and in appropriate areas, of the establishments referred to in the aforementioned legal provision, providing for the necessary conditions and the requirements to be adjusted. their functioning, the control of which, as well as the application of any sanctions, shall be carried out by the aforementioned authorities. In any event, the Ministry of the Interior and Justice should be informed of the areas identified for the location of the premises and regulations in this regard.

Art. 2°.- By the Ministry of Social Welfare and Public Health, the federal health standards must be enforced, apart from those deemed appropriate in local order.

Art. 3.Without prejudice to the provisions of the above articles, the Ministry of the Interior and Justice may order the temporary or final closure of the establishments referred to in this decree if it considers that the public interest so requires.

Art. 4°- Contact, post, give to the Directorate General of the National Register and archvese.
