CONSIDERING: That for the designation and removal of judicial judges, Act No. 13.998 has established conditions that are in conflict with constitutional principles,

Decrete:

Article 1- Refer to articles 3°, 4°, 5° and 6° of Act No. 13.998.

Article 2 - Please contact, report, and report to the General Directorate of the National Register.
