VISTO Law 14.303 and its Regulatory Decree 13.378 of 11 August 1954; and

CONSIDERING:

That the functional structure of the agencies of the Presidency of the Nation should be reordered,

The Interim President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Chapter I

NATIONAL PRESIDENCE

SECTION I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Agencies of the Presidency of the Nation

1o— The President of the Nation is assisted by the following bodies of his direct unit: Secretary General; with a Government Adviser; Military House and Press Secretary. In respect of personal matters, a Private Secretariat will attend.

Use of the term "Presidency of the Nation"

2o— To the sole effect of the exercise of its functions the above-mentioned organisms will use the generic denomination "Presidency of the Nation", followed by the name of the corresponding agency or the position of its owner. According to the case.

In the case of their responsibility, the agencies of the Presidency of the Nation shall use stamps and stamps identifying them in the manner indicated. The generic denomination of "the Presidency of the Nation" or "the Interim President of the Nation" is reserved for its exclusive use by the head of the Executive.

SECTION II

GENERAL SECRETARY-GENERAL

Mission

3o— Provide the President of the Nation with the necessary information, advice, administration and collaboration for the performance of his role.

Functions

4o—— The General Secretariat performs the following functions:

1o. Assists and advises the President of the Nation on matters required.

2o todoAtend everything about the Official Office of the President of the Nation.

3o todo Manages everything concerning the budget of the Presidency of the Nation.

4o.Informs on proposals for appointments, promotions and remotions that are presented for the signature of the President of the Nation.

5o.Realizes inter-ministerial efforts mandated by the President of the Nation.

6oMan Keeps up to date information for the President of the Nation on important issues dealt with by the various ministries and official bodies.

BASICA ORGANIZATION.

5o GeneralLA General Secretariat has the following basic organization:

1o Superior Senior Address:

(a) General Secretariat

2o: Specific organizations:

(a) Office of the Registrar

(b) Administrative Secretariat

(c) Statistics secretariat

(d) Legal Secretary

(e) Government advice

(f) Department of General Affairs

(g) Department of Social Affairs.

SECTION III

MILITAR CASE

Mission

6o en understands everything inherent in the normal development of the official activities of the President of the Nation

Functions

7oLaThe Military House performs the following functions:

1o todoAtends everything related to official hearings, tasks, acts and commitments of the President of the Nation as his natural organ of external official relationship.

2o.Represents the President of the Nation as appropriate.

3o todoAtends everything about the security of the President of the Nation in his activities.

4o 4Agree with the competent authorities to take the necessary measures for the normal performance of their functions.

5o.He directs and supervises the organization and operation of the general services, the House of Government and its units.

6o. Comply with the general, particular and special provisions expressly determined by the President of the Nation.

BASICA ORGANIZATION

8oLaThe Military House has the following basic organization:

1o Superior Senior Address:

Chief and Assistant Chief of the Military House.

2o: Specific organizations:

(a) Ceremonial and hearings

(b) Chief of Service

(c) Security Headquarters

(d) Edecan Corps.

SECTION IV

PRESS SECRETARY

Mission

9o.Preses the Presidency of the Nation the collaboration it needs in journalistic matters and in its relations with the journalistic organs.

Functions

10. Provides journalists accredited to the Presidency of the Nation with the performance of their professional tasks, providing them verbally or in writing with information concerning the official activities of Mr.President of the Nation and other acts and tasks of general order that relate to the functions of the same, seeking independently to provide them with direct access to the sources of news.

Coordinate official information related to the Presidency of the Nation in order to avoid possible errors.

SECTION V

PRIVATE SECRETARIAT

Mission

11 deTake into account the formal affairs of a personal nature related to the President of the Nation

Functions

12LaThe Private Secretariat performs the following functions:

1o.Registrates and classifies the personal correspondence received by the President of the Nation as such, bringing to his signature the private office ordered and classified by matter.

2o.Coordinates and monitors the issues that the President of the Nation especially recommends.

12LaThe Private Secretariat has the following basic organization:

1o Superior Senior Direction

(a) Private Secretariat

Specific Agency

(a) Central Department

Art. 2o. Each specific agency which is part of the General Secretariat, pursuant to Article 5 of the present, shall have its basic organization and shall issue the internal regulation governing its functions, which, upon approval of the Executive Branch, shall be considered an integral part of this decree.

Art. 3o. This decree will be endorsed by the Ministers Secretary of State in the Departments of the Interior, Army, Marina and Aeronautics.
