VISTO: The report of the Reforming Committee on the General Regulations of Law No. 13.246 and attentive to the proposal of the Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Agriculture and Livestock.

The President of the Argentine Nation, Decreta:

Article 1 de Amend the second part of Article 66 of the General Regulations of Law No. 13,246, adopted by Decree No. 7,786, dated 31 March 1949, as follows:

"The Regional Chambers shall be composed of three members, one of them official, with the title of Agricultural Engineer, who shall preside over it, over twenty-five (25) years and who meet the other conditions specified for the members of the Central Chamber."

Art. 2° . Communicate, publish, give to the General Directorate of the National Registry and archvese.
