In need, to urgently dictate the normative body that covers, not only the requirements of brothophylaxis, but also the fair interests of the food industry and to realize the orientation of the Argentine social medicine in the basic aspect of the hygiene of the food provided for in the 2nd Five-Year Plan (Obj. VII. G. 17).
The President of the Argentine Nation Decreta: Article 1 Approve the draft Food Regulations prepared by the Ministry of Public Health of the Nation, to be applied in the Federal Capital and national territories.
