Enrolment records for medical professionals and assistants are expanded.
Buenos Aires, January 4, 1952.
VISTO the request made by the Ministry of Public Health of the Nation, in Expediente No. 24.841/49, for the extension of existing records; and
CONSIDERING:
That the Ministry of State registers, enrolls and establishes the background of the medical professionals and assistants, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 6.216/44 (Act No. 12.912) and records the services provided by the medical professionals in establishments and/or units, in accordance with Decree No. 91.526/36, the regulation of Act No. 12.262, which is extended by Decree No. 13.022 (Act No. 10th Decree No. 6.216/44 (Act No. 12.912) to authorize the use of the title of specialist;
It is of high convenience to extend such records to the national order and to include them to the recognized medical assistants, for the best control of such activities,

Decrete:
Article 1 — Existing registrations for the registration of medical professionals and assistants (Decree No. 6216/44, Law 12.912) and services provided by professionals (Art. 15 of Decree 91.526/36 and 47 of Decree Law 22.212/45 - Law 12.921) were expanded as a national register of medical professionals and assistants.
Art. 2° — The Register will include individual registration and registration data, background and services provided, including as a specialist, by such professionals and officially recognized assistants.
Art. 3° — The National Register shall include those acting in the federal order and those of the provincial and municipal order, provided that the relevant agreements have been established with the provinces and their municipalities.
Art. 4° — The services provided in national establishments and/or units, relating to antiquity, function, specialty in which they operate, salary and other clarification data, shall be sent bimonthly by the directors and/or respective heads directly to the Ministry of Public Health of the Nation.
Art. 5° — Private establishments may submit such records, provided that they are committed to requiring and using their certifications, and their technical-scientific importance makes them creditors to their inclusion in the same.
Art. 6° — The interested parties may directly submit certificates of properly legalized services for their computer in the Register.
Art. 7° — Registered services shall be provided in a rented, or honorary manner prior appointment of competent authority, and duly certified.
Art. 8° — The Ministry of Public Health of the Nation shall issue certification of such records, in accordance with the existing background, which shall be mandatory, to testify to these services to the establishments and/or units covered by these provisions.
Art. 9° — This decree will be endorsed by the Minister Secretary of Public Health of the Nation.
