VISTO: What is reported by the National Economic Council, and

CONSIDERING:

That the attention of the functions arising from the promotion of international exchange and marketing in the domestic and international market require the creation of a Secretariat of State to exercise the functions assigned by existing legislation to various agencies,

President of the Argentine Nation in Agreement of Ministers

Decrete:

Article 1 Artículo The Secretariat for the Economy of the Nation, which will depend on the Presidency of the Nation, shall be entrusted to a Registrar with the hierarchy and prerogatives of Minister Secretary of State.

Art. 2o o All the functions, powers and obligations that the laws and regulations determine for the bodies currently responsible for the specific functions in the considerations of this decree shall be carried out by the Ministry of the Economy of the Nation.

Art. 3o o For the purposes of article 87 of the National Constitution, the decrees of the Ministry of Economy of the Nation shall be endorsed by the Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Finance.

Art. 4o — All provisions opposing this decree are repealed.

Art. 5 or o Be aware of the H. Congress of the Nation in a timely manner.
